The role requires accuracy, integrity, and excellent customer service to ensure smooth financial operations while safeguarding the casino's assets.What You Will Be DoingManage all cash, POS, and transfer transactions, dispensing chips accurately.Process wins/losses and initiate payouts with Management approval.Maintain accurate transaction records and chip balances.Count and reconcile cash and chips at the start and end of each shift.Monitor and immediately report discrepancies, disputes, fraud, or suspicious activity.Submit transaction and activity reports promptly after every shift.Provide courteous, professional service to customers and colleagues.Keep the cashier desk clean, organized, and compliant with company standards.Follow the required dress code (black/white).The Ideal CandidatePrior experience as a cashier, banker, or in casino/gaming operations (preferred).Strong numerical and mathematical skills.High integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.Excellent customer service skills with strong teamwork and communication abilities.Ability to remain alert and attentive during long hours in high-pressure environments.Physical and mental stamina to stand for extended periods and handle repetitive tasks
