Direct Sales Supervisor Wanted

We are seeking dynamic, highly motivated Direct Sales Supervisor to supervise and manage our frontline team at the airport. This critical role involves overseeing the frontline operation, providing on-site leadership, real-time performance coaching, shift management, quality control, and ensuring adherence to airport protocols.

Our front line team manned by Direct Sales Officers proactively engage inbound and outbound travellers to promote and onboard them onto our specialized Travel Card product suite.

You will be the face of our brand at the international airport, playing a vital role in our customer acquisition strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performance Leadership: Drive and motivate the team to consistently exceed daily, weekly, and monthly Travel Card sales and customer sign-up targets.
  • Operational Oversight: Manage staff logistics, shift rosters, and terminal deployment to ensure continuous coverage aligned with peak inbound and outbound flight schedules.
  • Compliance & Quality Assurance: Oversee the entire customer onboarding process (including KYC documentation) to ensure zero-tolerance adherence to all regulatory and internal compliance standards.
  • Coaching & Development: Provide structured, real-time coaching, training, and constructive performance feedback to Direct Sales Officers (DSOs) to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Reporting & Administration: Prepare daily sales reports, analyze performance variance, and manage the on-site inventory of Travel Cards and customer forms.
  • Brand Representation: Ensure all team members maintain the highest levels of professionalism, service, and appearance while representing the company as brand ambassadors.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Fixed Salary: A highly competitive starting salary of N230,000 NET per month.
  • Benefits: Pension and HMO

Mandatory Requirements

We are seeking highly polished and articulate candidates who meet the following criteria:

  • Experience: A minimum of 4+ years of proven, successful experience in direct sales, customer acquisition, or retail banking, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership, supervisory, or team lead capacity.
  • Language: Excellent command of Spoken English is non-negotiable, given the need to communicate clearly and professionally with a diverse international clientele.
  • Professional Presence: An Impeccable and professional appearance is required at all times, reflecting our brand standards at this high-profile location.
  • Attitude: Highly energetic, target-driven, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Location: Candidates must reside within close proximity of the Murtala Mohammed International Airport

Job Type: Full-time
