About the Role

We're looking for passionate and result-driven
Client Advisors (Sales)
to join our dynamic team.

As a Client Advisor, you'll play a vital role in helping clients discover, understand, and invest in our property offerings. You'll be the face of Kenetutu — building trust, nurturing relationships, and closing sales that make real estate dreams come true.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients through calls, social media, and in-person meetings.
  • Present property options and guide clients through the sales process.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral sales.
  • Provide accurate information on property features, locations, and pricing.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to execute campaigns.
  • Attend site inspections, client tours, and real estate events.
  • Maintain proper client records and follow up promptly on all leads.

Requirements

  • OND/HND/BSc in Marketing, Business, Estate Management, or related field.
  • Experience in
    sales, real estate, or client advisory
    is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven personality.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and close deals effectively.
  • Familiarity with social media marketing and online client engagement is a plus.
