Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role based in Lagos. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting the company's range of insurance products. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, reaching out to potential customers, meeting sales targets, preparing and delivering presentations, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and build lasting relationships.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills to handle multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge or experience in the insurance industry is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and Microsoft Office applications to prepare presentations, reports, and manage customer records.
  • A positive and proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field is preferred.

Must be a Degree holder, B.sc in any course.
