Exciting Opportunity: Risk Manager

Location: Lagos | Employment Type: Permanent | Grade: Manager

We're seeking an experienced professional to join a leading financial services institution as
Risk Manager
. This pivotal role will help shape enterprise risk practices and drive organizational resilience.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the design and implementation of enterprise risk management frameworks.
  • Conduct risk identification, assessment, and monitoring across business units.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
  • Support executives in embedding a strong risk culture.
  • Provide risk insights for strategic decision-making.

Who You Are:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields (Master's degree preferred).

7+ years of relevant experience in risk management, ideally within financial services/insurance.

Professional certifications (IRM, RIMS-CRMP, CFA, CFE, etc.) are an added advantage.

Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and stakeholder management ability.
