Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology and home appliances, with a proven ability to drive sales, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to the company's market presence. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our diverse product range, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a superior customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Execution & Target Achievement:

  • Proactively approach and engage customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team-based monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  • Effectively close sales and process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.

2. Customer Service & Relationship Management:

  • Provide exceptional, customer-centric service at all times, building trust and loyalty.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service requests professionally and efficiently.
  • Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
  • Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to share with the management team.

3. Product Knowledge & Merchandising:

  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all products, including new arrivals and promotional items.
  • Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
  • Set up product displays and demonstrations to attract customers and highlight key features.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and competitor activities.

4. Administrative & Operational Duties:

  • Accurately manage stock levels on the floor and report low inventory to supervisors.
  • Prepare daily sales reports and track performance metrics.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and security standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

Education:

  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • A Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.

Experience:

  • Proven experience of
    1-2 years
    in a retail sales role, preferably within the
    electronics, home appliances, or telecommunications industry.
  • A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience with inventory management and POS systems is highly desirable.
