Client Relations Officer

We are looking for a diligent and organized Client Relations Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client engagement, follow-up communication, and supervision of daily operations to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct follow-up calls, chats, and text messages to clients and partners.
- Supervise assigned personnel or field activities to ensure compliance and quality performance.
- Maintain positive and professional relationships with clients through effective communication and timely updates.
- Handle client inquiries, feedback, and service related issues promptly and courteously.
- Support the operations team in coordinating schedules, tasks, and field reports.
- Document all client interactions and prepare periodic activity or performance reports.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance client satisfaction and team productivity.
Requirements
- OND/HND/Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
- Prior experience in client relations, supervision, customer service, or operations support is an added advantage.
- Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, Google Workspace, and communication platforms (e.g., WhatsApp Business, Zoom).
