Role Description

The City Head role at MCPL is a full-time, on-site position located in Nassarawa. The City Head will oversee sales and distribution operations for their assigned region, ensuring effective execution of business strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities involve team leadership, driving sales targets, managing distributor relationships, monitoring inventory levels, and supervising logistics operations. The role requires consistent engagement with team members and stakeholders to maximize operational efficiency and meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and team management skills to effectively guide and inspire teams.
• Strong sales, marketing strategy, and negotiation abilities to achieve business targets.
• Operational expertise in distribution, inventory control, and logistics management.
• Proficiency in communication, relationship-building, and problem solving.
• Analytical and financial acumen to monitor data insights and evaluate performance metrics.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline. MBA is a plus.
• Prior experience in the consumer products industry or sales and distribution domain is advantageous.
