Job Title: Technical Support Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients and internal teams.

* Respond to support tickets, diagnose system or software issues, and ensure timely resolution.

* Install, configure, and maintain software applications and systems.

* Collaborate with developers to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.

* Document technical issues, solutions, and product updates for the internal knowledge base.

* Provide client training and product onboarding when necessary.

* Monitor system performance and suggest improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications:

* Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

* 1–3 years of technical support or IT helpdesk experience.

* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

* Knowledge of networking, hardware, and software systems.

* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
