We're looking for an Energy Systems Engineer, a technically strong, values-driven individual who will ensure every project we broker meets the highest standards of design, safety, and performance.

Your Role

  • Validate partner system designs, proposals, and BoQs.
  • Conduct site inspections, commissioning audits, and QA checks for ongoing installations.
  • Review performance data and support our platform's traceability and reporting functions.
  • Collaborate with business development, finance, and product teams to ensure technical accuracy in all projects.
  • Stay close to the technology frontier supporting EPC pilots and internal training as we grow.

You Are

  • A hands-on engineer with 3–6 years' experience in renewables (e.g. solar) design, validation, or quality assurance.
  • Proficient in software such as PVSyst, Helioscope, AutoCAD, and comfortable reading electrical drawings.
  • Passionate about renewable energy access, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute beyond your core role.
  • A good communicator who values Trust, Respect, and Communication; the pillars of our culture.
