Location: Lagos, Nigeria

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mid-level Designer with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the Nigerian Building Code, be highly proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp, and demonstrate a well-rounded portfolio that includes both commercial and residential projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and contribute to design development from concept to documentation
  • Ensure all design work aligns with Nigerian building codes and local regulations
  • Prepare construction drawings and detailed documentation using Revit and AutoCAD
  • Create 3D models and visual presentations using SketchUp and related tools
  • Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and internal project teams

Requirements

  • M.Sc. in Architecture from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of 4/5 years post-graduation experience in architectural design
  • Strong working knowledge of the Nigerian Building Code
  • Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in both residential and commercial design
  • Excellent design sensibility and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • ARCON or COREN registration is an advantage
  • Familiarity with rendering tools (e.g., Lumion, Enscape) is a plus and highly important
  • Experience with mixed-use or large-scale developments is a bonus
