That innovation begins with you—your expertise will help power the next generation of AI models for geospatial intelligence and applied reasoning.

We're looking for geospatial professionals, researchers, or practitioners with hands-on experience in domains such as crisis management, damage assessment, agriculture, site selection, market expansion, supply chain optimization, or forecasting for spatial applications. You'll work closely with our AI systems to evaluate and refine their geospatial reasoning—testing model performance, identifying logical and analytical gaps, and designing evaluation frameworks that strengthen model reliability and predictive accuracy.

On a typical day, you'll review geospatial datasets and scenarios, assess AI-generated outputs for accuracy and situational awareness, provide expert feedback on model reasoning, and help define benchmarks for continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates bring expertise in geospatial analysis, GIS frameworks, or domain-specific geospatial applications, whether gained through industry experience or academic research. Experience with geospatial libraries and analytical tools (e.g., QGIS, ArcGIS, GDAL, or similar frameworks) is a plus. Strong analytical skills, spatial reasoning, and clear communication are essential.

We offer a pay range of $6 to $65 per hour, with the exact rate determined after evaluating your experience, expertise, and geographic location. Final offer amounts may vary from the pay range listed above. As a contractor, you'll supply a secure computer and high-speed internet connection; company-sponsored benefits such as health insurance and PTO do not apply.
