Job Summary
As a Dental Nurse at Roperb Dental Clinic, you will play a key role in supporting our dentists during procedures, ensuring patient comfort, and maintaining a clean and efficient clinical environment. We are looking for a compassionate and reliable team player who values quality care and continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities
Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures (including general dentistry, orthodontics, cosmetic treatments, etc.)
Prepare and sterilize instruments, materials, and equipment in line with infection control protocols
Ensure patient comfort and reassurance before, during, and after procedures
Accurately update patient records and treatment notes
Assist with digital X-rays.
Maintain the cleanliness and readiness of the treatment rooms
Provide oral hygiene instructions and post-treatment guidance to patients
Monitor stock levels of dental supplies and liaise with admin for timely restocking
Collaborate with dentists, front desk, and other staff for smooth patient flow
Uphold Roperb Dental Clinic's standards of safety, confidentiality, and patient care
Requirements & Qualifications
Certificate or Diploma in Dental Nursing or Dental Surgery Technician.
Previous experience in a dental clinic (preferred but not compulsory)
Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and sterilization techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A caring and professional attitude towards patients
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Must reside around Chevron/Ajah Axis
Working Hours
Monday to Saturday
(5 working days a week)
