Summary of the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled
.NET Backend Developer
to join our dynamic technology team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining backend systems that power our core applications and services. The ideal candidate must possess a strong foundation in backend development and a thorough understanding of our technology stack, which includes
.NET Core 7/8, MongoDB, Kafka, RabbitMQ, and Microservices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop clean, scalable, testable, and
    well-documented code
    using
    .NET Core and C#
    .
  • Ensure
    seamless integration
    of backend services within a
    microservices architecture
    .
  • Work with frontend engineers to design and implement robust
    RESTful APIs
    .
  • Revise, update, refactor, and debug existing applications to enhance performance and scalability.
  • Engage in all
    sprint activities
    , including planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Transform application storyboards and use cases into functional applications.
  • Uphold code quality through
    peer reviews
    and adherence to best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with
    DevOps
    to ensure backend systems maintain high availability, scalability, and security.
  • Diagnose and resolve
    production issues
    as they arise.
  • Contribute to backend services and cross-platform integrations by leveraging expertise in
    Java, Python, and
    .
  • Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to application development in line with industry standards.

Qualification & Experience

  • A
    Bachelor's degree
    in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years
    of hands-on experience in
    ASP.NET/ASP.NET Core
    ,
    REST API development
    ,
    MongoDB
    ,
    Java, Python, and
    .
  • Experience in developing and maintaining a
    microservices architecture
    .
  • Familiarity with
    RabbitMQ or Kafka
    for messaging and event-driven architecture.
  • Understanding of

  • Strong grasp of
    object-oriented design principles
    and software development best practices.
  • Capability to provide technical input for designs, functional specifications, and project requirements.
