Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Recruiter to lead and execute full-cycle recruitment across multiple industries. The ideal candidate will design and manage talent acquisition strategies, build long-term talent pipelines, and ensure a superior candidate and client experience.

This role requires a proactive, data-driven recruiter with exceptional stakeholder management, sourcing expertise, and leadership capabilities to drive recruitment excellence within a consulting environment. The candidate must also possess experience in Learning and Development (L&D), including the ability to design, coordinate, or support training programs that enhance workforce capability and client value delivery.

Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection to offer management and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement advanced sourcing strategies using digital tools, networks, and referrals to attract top-tier talent.
  • Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline for recurring and high-demand roles.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external clients to align recruitment strategies with business goals.
  • Maintain a robust applicant tracking system and generate recruitment performance reports.

Learning & Development

  • Design, coordinate, and support Learning and Development (L&D) initiatives that align with client and organizational needs.
  • Conduct training needs assessments and recommend development programs to bridge skill gaps.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver engaging training sessions and workshops.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide reports on outcomes and improvements.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for senior clients and hiring managers on recruitment and L&D initiatives.
  • Advise clients on market trends, salary benchmarks, and best HR practices.
  • Ensure consistent communication and satisfaction throughout recruitment and training processes.

Leadership & Process Optimization

  • Mentor junior recruiters and oversee quality control on candidate assessments and submissions.
  • Continuously review and improve recruitment and L&D processes for speed, quality, and impact.
  • Contribute to employer branding and talent development campaigns.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure recruitment and training activities comply with local labor laws, data protection regulations, and company policies.
  • Track and report KPIs such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, training participation, and quality of hire to guide decision-making.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 3 – 5years of progressive experience in recruitment, with demonstrated Learning and Development (L&D) experience.
  • Proven expertise in senior-level hiring, headhunting, and talent pipeline development.
  • Experience in designing or coordinating employee training and development programs.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills; ability to interpret recruitment and training data to drive strategy.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ATS tools, and recruitment technologies.
  • Professional HR certifications will be an added advantage.
