Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, based in Lagos. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners, and developing strategic plans to drive client acquisition and business growth. The role involves conducting market analysis, preparing reports, managing outreach campaigns, and working closely with internal teams to align business objectives with market needs.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Business Development, Strategy, and Client Relationship Management
  • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal abilities
  • Experience in Market Research, Data Analysis, and Strategic Planning
  • Capacity to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve targets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software tools
  • Familiarity with the education consulting or higher education industry is a plus
  • Minimum of 3 Years experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
