Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Relationship Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, driving sales, managing client accounts, and ensuring excellent service delivery. You will play a key role in supporting customers, onboarding new clients, and contributing to the organization's growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate loan/product recommendations.
Drive customer acquisition through field marketing, referrals, and community engagement.
Follow up on leads, conduct client assessments, and complete necessary documentation.
Ensure timely loan disbursement, monitoring, and repayment follow-up.
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client inquiries professionally.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Work closely with team members to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
Educate customers on company products, policies, and financial literacy.
Ensure compliance with all internal processes and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
SSCE/OND/NCE/HND/Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
Proven experience in sales, customer service, or financial services (microfinance experience is an added advantage).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Must be honest, self-driven, and result-oriented.
Familiarity with the local market and customer behavior is an added advantage.
