Station Supervisor

• Reporting to the Station Manager, the Station Supervisor would be responsible for the smooth Operation of the Filling Station.
• Ensure safety and statutory compliance at the stations.
• Responsible for effective Customer Service and Relationship Management.
• Manages the Logistic Officers.
• Ensures an effective storage system as well as Managing Minimum and Maximum Stock Level.
• Ensure the station is profitably run.
• Manges the Pump Attendants for effective Service Delivery.
• Prepare and Send Daily Reports.
• Carry out Price and Competition Survey as well as Product Analysis .
• Interface and Liaise with regulatory bodies. Such as: NMDPRA, Pedan, e.t.c

Requirements:

• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree and HND in Business Administration or similar course of study from a Reputable University.
• 2+ Years Relevant Cognate Experience as a Filling Station Supervisor.
• Must be Passionate, Hardworking, Honest and Result Oriented.
