Position: Executive Assistant

We are recruiting a self-driven and energetic Executive Assistant who will serve as our Over-the-Counter (OTC) FX Trading Analyst to support our leadership team. This role offers exposure to high-level decision-making, startup operations, and project execution in a dynamic environment. As an OTC FX Trading Analyst, you will play a central role in pricing and executing trades, managing client relationships, and analyzing market opportunities. You'll gain exposure to Nigeria's FX market microstructure while working in a high-standard trading environment.

Key Responsibilities


• Quote and execute FX trades in real time.


• Provide market intelligence and rate updates to clients.


• Maintain accurate trading records and ensure regulatory compliance.


• Develop and deepen client relationships across institutions and corporates.


• Support risk management and liquidity planning.


• Provide executive-level administrative and organizational support.


• Manage documentation, reporting, and transaction-related tasks.


• Assist with project planning, coordination, and execution.


• Conduct research and prepare reports or presentations as required.


• Support daily operational and strategic activities of the startup.

Preferred Qualifications


• A First-Class or Second-Class Upper degree (or about to graduate) in Mathematics, Accounting, or Social Sciences.


• Graduate of OAU, Covenant University, or University of Lagos (preferred).


• Strong interest in FX trading, markets, and risk management.


• Excellent numerical and analytical skills.


• Professional communication skills — polished, precise, and client-ready.


• Ambition to build a long-term career in trading and financial markets.


• Energetic, proactive, and detail-oriented.


• Demonstrated experience in projects or startup initiatives (academic, extracurricular, or professional).


• Strong documentation, organizational, and communication skills.
