Role Overview

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Frontend Developer who's obsessed with creating pixel-perfect, delightful user interfaces. You'll be working on high-impact products that power both the GoWagr and Squads Game platforms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment, takes initiative, communicates clearly, and brings good vibes to the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of scalable, high-performance frontend applications using , Radix UI, Tailwind CSS, and Zustand
  • Translate UI/UX designs into responsive, pixel-perfect components that work seamlessly across devices and browsers
  • Collaborate closely with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver end-to-end features
  • Ensure the frontend codebase is maintainable, testable, and clean through modern best practices
  • Optimize applications for speed and usability, including performance tuning and SEO considerations
  • Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior developers
  • Take ownership of features from conception to release, ensuring high-quality delivery
  • Proactively identify and propose improvements to product, architecture, and developer experience
