We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Support Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with daily HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, record keeping, and administrative duties. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR processes and maintaining a positive and professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees (scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters, conducting orientations).
  • Maintain and update staff records, attendance logs, and personnel files.
  • Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc.).
  • Assist in organizing staff meetings and performance evaluations.
  • Monitor employee conduct and report disciplinary issues in line with company policy.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and management team as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR management systems.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
