SoftwareImplementation ConsultantJobDescriptionExcellium,one of the leading providers of business software solutions and digitaltransformation experts, is seeking an experienced Software ImplementationConsultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proventrack record of successfully leading and executing complex softwareimplementation projects within and outside Nigeria. This role requires a strongtechnical background, excellent project management skills, and a deepunderstanding of software implementation methodologies. Responsibilities:·       Lead andmanage end -to -end software implementation projects, from initiation topost -implementation support.·       Developand execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resourcesallocation, and risk mitigation strategies.·       Monitorproject progress, potential issues, and implement corrective·       Possessa strong understanding of software implementation methodologies and bestpractices.·       Configureand customize software solutions to meet specific client requirements.·       Troubleshootand resolve technical issues during the implementation process.·       Buildand maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.·       Effectivelycommunicate project status, risks, and opportunities to clients andstakeholders.·       Manageclient expectations and address concerns promptly and professionally.·       Lead andmentor a team of implementation consultants, providing guidance and support.·       Foster acollaborative and high -performing team culture.·       Provideongoing support and training to clients to ensure successful adoption of thesoftware solution.·       Monitorsystem performance and address any issues that arise.·       Anyother assigned tasks by management RequirementsQualifications:·       Bachelor's degree in computer science, InformationTechnology, Finance, Economics or a related field.·       Minimum of 4 years experience in softwareimplementation consulting·       Proven track record of successful project delivery.·       Strong technical skills in SQL, Database,troubleshooting, Power BI and Cloud computing·       Excellent project management skills, includingplanning, scheduling, and risk management.·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills, bothwritten and verbal.·       Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work underpressure.·       Abilityto work independently and as part of a team.·       Willingness to travel within and outside Nigeria whenrequired.·       Experience with ERP systems (Sage, Microsoft, Zoho,etc) is a significant advantage.
