Nerdbug is a fast-growing software development agency specializing in custom software solutions, mobile and web app development, blockchain development, and data analytics.

We serve clients in diverse industries, including transportation, ed-tech, enterprise solutions, e-commerce, and cryptocurrency.

We are now looking for a Tech Legal Advisor with a strong understanding of technology, digital tools, and innovation in legal processes, to provide expert guidance as we refine and test the platform.

What we are looking out for:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B); LL.M is an added advantage.

  • Minimum of 4-5 years post-call experience in legal practice or advisory roles.

  • Experience working with or advising technology startups, SaaS products, or legal tech platforms.

  • Strong understanding of data privacy, digital contracts, and technology compliance

  • Review and advise on the app's legal features, compliance, and overall structure.

  • Provide guidance on relevant laws, data protection, and intellectual property considerations for tech products.

  • Evaluate user flows and terms of use for legal soundness.

  • Collaborate with the product and development teams to ensure compliance with legal standards.

  • Offer professional feedback and recommendations during testing phases.
