Graphics Designer

About the Role

Cyclobold Technology Limited is seeking a creative and disciplined Graphics Designer to support our branding, product visuals, and social media design needs. You will work under the supervision of the Project Manager, collaborating closely with the social media team and technical teams to create polished and professional designs that reflect our brand identity.

Reporting Line

This role reports directly to the Project Manager.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Creative Production

• Create visually appealing graphics for social media, marketing campaigns, websites, and product presentations.
• Design templates, digital banners, adverts, flyers, and print materials.
• Work with the Project Manager to understand design requirements and project timelines.
• Interpret briefs clearly and deliver designs that align with brand standards.

Branding & Visual Identity

• Maintain consistent branding across all digital and print materials.
• Update existing designs to modern, professional standards.
• Contribute creative ideas during content and brand planning sessions.

Technical Execution

• Produce high-quality, export-ready designs for print and digital publishing.
• Collaborate with technical teams to create UI mockups or product visuals when needed.
• Ensure all designs meet resolution, colour, and format standards.

Collaboration & Workflow

• Work closely with the Project Manager to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Cooperate with the social media strategist to produce content-ready creatives.
• Maintain a clean and organized design workflow, including file management.

RequirementsMandatory Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years working experience as a Graphics Designer.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Adobe XD, or CorelDRAW.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility in both print and digital design.
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, and brand consistency.

Preferred

• Experience designing for tech, SaaS, or education brands.
• Ability to create simple animations or motion graphics (a plus, not required).
• Familiarity with UI/UX principles.
