Role Description

This is a remote volunteer position for a Model Scout & Engagement Lead at Curvaceous Lifestyle Nigeria. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting prospective models, forging strong relationships with talent, and managing engagement initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include conducting scouting sessions, reviewing portfolios, organizing virtual or in-person auditions, and collaborating with the management team to tailor talent strategies to client needs. Additionally, you will be responsible for fostering a positive connection between the models and the agency while supporting overall campaigns and initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Experience in talent scouting, portfolio evaluation, and model recruitment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with a diverse range of people
  • Organizational proficiency in coordinating meetings, casting calls, and engagement initiatives
  • Creativity and understanding of branding and promotions to align talent with campaign goals
  • Ability to work independently in a remote capacity, demonstrating active collaboration with teams
  • Comfortable using digital tools and platforms for virtual auditions and communication
  • Passion for branding, fashion, or event management is an added advantage
  • Previous experience in promotional modeling or event coordination is a plus
