Job Title: Sales Marketer

Location: Mushin, Lagos

Job overview:

The sales marketer is responsible for identifying sales opportunities, promoting products or services, and converting leads into customers. The role focuses on driving revenue growth by executing marketing strategies, engaging prospects, and building strong customer relationships. The Sales Marketer will ensure consistent market visibility, meet set sales targets, and provide feedback on customer needs and market trends to support business growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develops and implements sales strategies to drive growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Identifies and targets potential stakeholders through market research, networking, and cold-calling.
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Presents and promotes our products/services to prospective stakeholders, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
  • Develops compelling sales materials, presentations, and campaigns.
  • Negotiates and closes sales deals, ensuring favourable terms for both the organisation and the stakeholders.
  • Stays updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities.
  • Monitors and analyses sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Provides timely and accurate reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges.
  • Contributes to the continuous improvement of sales processes and strategies.

Requirements

  • BSc in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
  • 1-2 years experience working in sales, marketing, or a similar role.
  • Prior experience working in the health sector is an asset.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and digital marketing basics.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and marketing strategies
