Role Description

We are seeking a Social Media Manager for a full-time on-site role based in Abuja. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning and executing social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement. Responsibilities include creating and curating content for social media platforms, optimizing posts for reach and engagement, managing and growing social media communities, and analyzing performance analytics to refine strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) techniques
  • Strong Communication skills and ability to connect with diverse audiences
  • Experience in designing and implementing Content Strategies to align with organizational goals
  • Strong Writing skills to create engaging and professional social media copy
  • Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools
  • Ability to work effectively within deadlines in a fast-paced, on-site team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in media, real estate, or housing-related industries is an added advantage
