Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Tech Trainer, based on-site in Aba. The Tech Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs, creating instructional materials, and facilitating workshops. Additionally, the Tech Trainer will assess trainee performance, provide support and guidance, and stay updated with the latest technological advancements to ensure relevant and up-to-date training content. Collaborating with other training professionals and participating in continuous learning opportunities will also be part of the daily responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and delivering training programs, creating instructional materials, and facilitating workshops
• Strong understanding of Microsoft products, Online Services, and Innovative Education tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in an easily understandable manner
• Demonstrated ability to assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback and support
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple training sessions
• Relevant certifications in Microsoft or other related fields are advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently, with a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development
