Role Summary
The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for driving sales growth, expanding the client and realtor base, and strengthening Landvest's market presence. The role combines leadership, sales execution, and strategic oversight to ensure the Sales & Marketing Department operates efficiently and delivers consistent results.
The BDM will manage the overall sales process, lead the department team, and personally generate, pitch, and close high-value deals while aligning all marketing and sales activities with Landvest's business goals.
*Key Responsibilities*
Sales Growth & Revenue Generation – Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding monthly revenue targets through direct client acquisition, realtor engagement, and high-value deal closures.
Team Leadership & Coordination – Lead and manage the Sales & Marketing Department, ensuring all campaigns and activities are strategic, result-oriented, and aligned with Landvest's business goals.
Client & Realtor Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and realtors to ensure satisfaction, repeat business, and referral growth.
Market Expansion & Brand Visibility – Identify new market opportunities, conduct competitor research, and collaborate with the Media team to strengthen Landvest's brand presence across key markets.
Reporting & Accountability – Provide timely reports on sales performance, pipelines, and KPIs while maintaining accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement within the team.
