creative and data-driven Social Media Manager
who can take ownership of our digital presence — particularly on

— to expand our brand visibility, engage HR and business audiences, and generate inbound leads.

Role Overview

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic content plan that positions our brand as a thought leader in HR, talent management, and career development. This person must be skilled in
LinkedIn content strategy
, community engagement, and
cross-channel brand storytelling
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive
    LinkedIn growth strategy
    to increase followers, engagement, and visibility among HR leaders, recruiters, and job seekers.
  • Create compelling, high-quality content (posts, articles, carousels, videos) aligned with brand tone and HR industry trends.
  • Manage and grow presence on
    LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), and Facebook
    , ensuring consistency across all channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to highlight client success stories, HR insights, and service offerings through engaging storytelling.
  • Monitor analytics and prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Research and implement content trends, hashtags, and best practices in employer branding and HR marketing.
  • Manage content calendar, scheduling, and campaign execution using social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, or Metricool).
  • Engage actively with the online community — responding to comments, DMs, and relevant industry conversations.

  • Support paid campaigns and lead-generation efforts where applicable.

  • Requirements

  • 3+ years
    of experience in social media management, preferably in a
    B2B or HR-related
    industry.
  • Proven track record of
    LinkedIn audience growth
    and engagement.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a professional yet relatable tone.
  • Experience designing content using
    Canva, Adobe Express, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with
    social media analytics and SEO principles.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Bonus: Experience with
    email marketing
    or
    content automation tools
    (Mailchimp, Notion, Zapier).
