Key Responsibilities
- Administration and management of all security solutions, including SIEM, Endpoint Security, Inventory Management, Patch Management, and Vulnerability Management.
- Monitor security incidents, perform analysis, and report findings to the CISO.
- Manage patch operations, approve deployments, and resolve patch-related issues.
- Provide L3 support and monitoring for security operations.
- Deploy security solutions and controls, including policies and technical enforcement mechanisms.
- Ensure continuous ICT environment compliance and conduct monitoring for gaps.
- Supervise periodic internal audits for compliance with security policies and provide findings with actionable recommendations.
- Monitor and enforce security policies, resolving challenges proactively.
- Align security controls with business operations and provide solutions based on business use cases.
Functional Skills
- Hands-on experience in CVE and vulnerability monitoring and management.
- Problem-solving and out-of-the-box thinking; eagerness to learn new technologies.
- Working knowledge in patch management and asset management.
- Proficiency with security tools such as KALI, OWASP, BlackArch, security audit tools, and vulnerability assessment/mitigation.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in ICT or equivalent.
Experience
- Overall 12+ years industrial experience.
- Minimum 4+ years in compliance, security control deployment, security incident analytics, vulnerability management, and mitigation.
Certifications (Preferred)
- ICT Security certifications such as CEH, Security+, CISA.
Selection Criteria
- Strong understanding of threat management and analytics.
- Hands-on experience with SIEM, EDR, PROXY, IPS/IDS, Routers, Switches, Firewalls, DLP, MDM, Windows Servers, Network architecture.
- Proven track record of deploying security controls and aligning them with business requirements.
