Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager/Content Creator based in Lagos. The role involves managing social media platforms, creating and implementing content strategies, optimizing social media engagement, and maintaining online brand presence. Responsibilities also include generating engaging content, analyzing social media metrics, and ensuring alignment with the company's overall marketing goals.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
  • Proficiency in Content Strategy and Writing to create and deliver engaging materials
  • Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with the target audience and manage collaborations
  • Knowledge of analytics tools to track social media performance and derive actionable insights
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adhere to deadlines
  • Passion for the real estate industry and creative thinking are advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
  • Location is Ajah-Ibeju Lekki.
