Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical Admin & Data Analyst with strong knowledge of data analysis and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and WPS Office. You will be responsible for accurate data management, insightful analysis, and generating reports that guide operational and strategic decisions. This role is onsite in Festac, Lagos, with the flexibility of working from home on Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and integrate data from multiple internal sources such as sales, warehouse, after-sales, finance, and inventory systems to maintain up-to-date records and dashboards.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by cleaning, validating, and reconciling datasets for reporting and decision support.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify patterns, trends, anomalies, and opportunities that drive operational improvements.
  • Develop advanced Excel models to summarize and visualize data for management.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports that clearly outline insights, performance metrics, and progress against targets.
  • Assist the Finance team with revenue/expense tracking, invoicing support, basic bookkeeping, and variance analysis.
  • Support inventory analysis and reconciliation by identifying stock discrepancies, tracking movements, and recommending improvements.
  • Create charts, dashboards, and visual summaries that communicate analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Warehouse, After-Sales, Media) to understand data needs and align data deliverables with business goals.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities through data insights and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Maintain high standards of data governance, confidentiality, and record-keeping organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in data analysis, data entry, admin or finance support roles
  • Strong knowledge of data analysis and analytical thinking
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Proficiency in WPS Office
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines

Added Advantage

  • Experience handling inventory systems or ERP tools
  • Basic knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Understanding of finance processes or basic accounting

Salary & Benefits
