About the Role

Ariele Agency is looking for a Project Management Assistant to oversee a fast-paced social media content production project. The role involves assisting a Senior Project Manager in managing a team of writers and editors, ensuring consistent content output, and maintaining high-quality standards before publication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing daily and weekly content production schedules.
  • Coordinate with writers, editors, and designers to ensure timely delivery.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews on all content before it goes live.
  • Ensure all outputs align with brand voice, tone, and project goals.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across the team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing social media or content production projects.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and editing skills.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Slack, Google Sheets, Google Docs).
  • Experience leading or collaborating with creative teams is an advantage.
