Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Information Technology Manager, based in Dhaka with some work-from-home flexibility. The Information Technology Manager will oversee technology systems, ensuring their efficiency, security, and alignment with business objectives. Daily tasks include managing IT infrastructure, troubleshooting technical issues, implementing new systems, and ensuring cybersecurity measures are robust. The role also involves leading IT teams, coordinating with vendors, and staying informed on emerging technology trends.

Qualifications

  • IT Infrastructure and Systems Management skills, including server maintenance and network administration.
  • Proficiency in Cybersecurity, data protection protocols, and disaster recovery planning.
  • Experience in Technical Troubleshooting, problem-solving, and providing IT support.
  • Skills in Vendor Management and coordinating technology procurement processes.
  • Project Management abilities for planning and executing IT initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of enterprise-grade cybersecurity and SaaS solutions is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; professional certifications like CISSP or ITIL are advantageous.
