General Supervisor at Iceland Beach Resort

Iceland Beach Resort is seeking a proactive and experienced General Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth running of all departments. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage people and processes efficiently in a hospitality setting.

Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day activities across all departments (kitchen, housekeeping, maintenance, front desk, etc.).

Ensure staff maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and professionalism.

Coordinate schedules, delegate duties, and monitor staff performance.

Report operational issues to management and provide timely solutions.

Assist in training and motivating team members to achieve excellence.

Maintain order, safety, and guest satisfaction throughout the resort.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in hospitality or resort supervision.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask and manage a team effectively.

Knowledge of basic maintenance, housekeeping, and hospitality operations.

OND/HND/Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
