The company delivers technology-driven solutions that empower pharmacies and healthcare providers to serve their communities more effectively across Africa.The Company is seeking to hire an experienced and result-driven Head of Sales to lead revenue growth and its full commercial turnaround; own top line performance; rebuild a high velocity sales engine in tight partnership with Credit and Customer Success.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive market relaunch and growth: net new logo acquisition and win back campaigns; reduce defaults with Credit; reignite new sales.Design and execute a 30/60/90-day plan with measurable milestones; publish weekly scorecards.Overhaul sales systems: territory planning, pipeline management, pricing/discount guardrails, and credit onboarding rules to drive profitable growth.Build and coach a strong leadership bench (regional managers, field force); instill high performance field discipline.Collaborate with HQ and local Ops on data, logistics, and product feedback; align Sales, Credit, and Customer Success for end-to-end customer health.Key Performance IndicatorsCollection recovery: ₦100M in 60 days Churn reduction:
