Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Security Manager located in Lagos. The Security Manager will be responsible for overseeing physical security measures, managing security operations, and ensuring the safety of all employees and assets. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing security policies, conducting risk assessments, monitoring security systems, coordinating with law enforcement and emergency services, and managing security staff. The Security Manager will also be responsible for information security and cybersecurity protocols to protect company data and network infrastructure.

  • Strong leadership and management abilities
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the finance or investment industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Information Technology, or a related field
