Aftersales Manager

Responsibilities
· Lead nationwide aftersales operations and service centers.
· Ensure fast, efficient, high-quality service delivery.
· Manage warranty, spare parts, and technical troubleshooting.
· Drive technician training and certification programs.
· Improve NPS/CSAT, TAT, and first-time fix rate.
· Handle escalations, dealer relations, and service partner performance.
· Manage service budgets, reporting, and national service KPIs.
Requirements
· Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
· 7+ years' experience in HVAC aftersales; 3+ years in a senior or national role.
· Strong knowledge of inverter ACs, VRF systems, and diagnostics.
· Experience managing nationwide service teams and partners.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
· Strong customer orientation and data-driven mindset.
