Aiki Services is hiring experienced Technical Facilitators to train the next generation of technicians in high-demand areas. You'll deliver practical, hands-on sessions and ensure trainees meet international standards in technical excellence and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver practical, workshop-based technical training modules.
  • Ensure all training aligns with industry and international standards.
  • Conduct assessments and certify trainees' skill competency.
  • Provide mentorship and on-site technical guidance to enhance field performance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on technical supervision or training experience.
  • Professional certification or degree in a related engineering or technical discipline.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.

Disciplines & Focus Areas:

HVAC Facilitator: Commercial AC systems, refrigeration, industrial chillers.

Electrical Facilitator: Industrial wiring, panel controls, automation, and safety.

Plumbing Facilitator: Commercial plumbing, pipefitting, drainage, and water systems.
