Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a
Head of Legal
, located in Abuja. The Head of Legal will oversee all legal matters, ensuring compliance with regulations and advising on legal strategies. Responsibilities include managing legal documents, addressing legal issues affecting the organization, and providing expert legal consulting on a variety of corporate matters. The role will also include ensuring that all policies and practices reflect current legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Law and Legal Compliance, with a proven track record in interpreting and applying legal frameworks.
  • A minimum
    of 4 years experience as the
    Head of Legal Affairs.
  • Experience in Legal Consulting and addressing corporate Legal Issues effectively.
  • Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and management of organizational contracts and agreements.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills to interpret complex legal concepts.
  • Exceptional communication and advisory skills to provide legal guidance to stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB); a Master's degree or professional certification is advantageous.
