Business Development Officer

We are a fast-growing quick service restaurant looking for a dynamic and strategic Business Development Officer that stay around Alimosho Local Government,Lagos State.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target and acquire new business from schools, offices, and events.
• Identify, prospect, and secure new catering contracts to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Build a robust pipeline of potential clients through direct sales, cold calling, field visits, and networking.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the sales process.
• Coordinate with the kitchen, logistics, and service staff to ensure flawless execution of outdoor catering services.
• Oversee and manage the end-to-end process for secured events, ensuring we meet all client deadlines and quality standards.
• Be present at key events to supervise and guarantee customer.
• Ensure all catering operations adhere to strict deadlines, quality standards, and health & safety regulations.
• Proactively manage logistical challenges to guarantee seamless service delivery for all clients.
Requirements
Experience in the food and beverage industry, ideally in a QSR or fast-casual environment.
• A strategic hunter with a demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
