WANGAI MANAGEMENT COMPANY seeks young, self-driven, and passionate professionals interested in building a career in business development, MSME/entrepreneurial growth consulting, regulatory compliance, and related fields to be trained to join our team to serve our growing client base.

This employment will kick off with an initial training/internship program in core business development support services, such as:

  • Regulatory compliance and company formation processes such as company and business name incorporation with the Corporate Affairs Commission, filing annual returns, registration with the NAFDAC, PENCOM, ITF, NSITF, processing export licenses, etc.
  • Developing bankable company profile, business plans, pitch decks
  • Business growth consulting and advisory support, particularly for micro, small, and medium enterprises(MSMEs) across various regions of Nigeria
  • Grant application

Employment Terms: Only candidates who complete the probation period and obtain the cut-off mark of the assessment tests will be offered employment

Work Structure: Hybrid, Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM

Location: Ibadan

Requirements:

  • Must reside in Ibadan with a verifiable permanent address
  • Previous experience or interest in business advisory, regulatory compliance, and related fields is highly preferred
  • Must possess a working laptop and smartphone
  • Must be passionate about entrepreneurship and business development
  • Must be open to creating marketing content

*Graduate of Law, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields are ideal

Remuneration & Benefits:

N30,000 Stipend for the 3 months of internship. Up to 100, 000 Naira salary after probation.

Other benefits:

ii. Health allowance

Pay: ₦100,000.00 per month
