Our client, a RTW/Bespoke fashion company is seeking a highly organized, motivated, and resourceful manager to assist in creative design and direction, and overall operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the production team, ensuring couture-level standards in all garments.
  • Oversee end-to-end production processes: fabric sourcing, cutting, sewing, finishing, quality control, and delivery timelines.
  • Train and mentor staff in advanced sewing and couture techniques, elevating the team's technical capabilities.
  • Collaborate closely with designers to translate creative concepts into finished garments with precision.
  • Implement and monitor production schedules, ensuring deadlines are consistently met without compromising quality.
  • Conduct regular quality control checks, ensuring all garments meet couture and luxury standards.
  • Optimize workflow, equipment use, and resources to improve efficiency and reduce production costs.
  • Troubleshoot technical sewing and construction issues, providing expert solutions.
  • Ensure health, safety, and compliance standards are upheld in the production environment.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 4-6 years leadership / supervisory experience in RTW and/or Bespoke design or production.
  • Technical experience in garment construction.
  • Fashion illustration skills (desirable).
  • Creative with a flair for fashion and a keen eye for detail.
  • Must have outstanding organizational and communication skills.
  • National diploma or it's equivalent in relevant field
