  • Conduct of private clients and related matters on behalf of the company 
  • Work closely with clients' attorneys and other advisors in the drafting of trusts and other legal documents, working collaboratively to ensure that trust accounts accepted by the company are governed by documents that adhere to the company's Standard Operating Manuals ("SOPs"). 
  • Review other documents, including partnership agreements and operating agreements, to ascertain conformity with the company's SOPs. 
  • Draft release agreements and other documents relating to the opening, administration, and closing of trust accounts 
  • Prepare Trust Summaries 
  • Review Distribution Memos and Funds Transfer Forms, and work with Estate Administrators and/or Executors to ensure that the company has received and analyzed all information and documentation necessary to make an informed decision regarding making transfers of assets from trust accounts 
  • Review all documents that are for the signature of the company's Authorized Signatories 
  • Adhere to all of the company's policies and procedures and ensure that support personnel also do so 
  • Keep records of all documentation, invoices, receipts, ledgers, and bank account statements. All documents related to the sale, transfer, or other dispositions of trust/Estate assets.

Educational Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB), Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • A Master's degree in Law (LLM), Finance, Trusts & Estates, or Wealth Management is an advantage.
  • Professional certifications in trust, estate, or wealth management (e.g., STEP – Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, ICSA – Chartered Secretary, CFA) are preferred.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in private trust services, estate administration, or wealth management.
  • Hands-on experience in drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related legal documents.
  • Experience working with high-net-worth clients and managing complex portfolios of trust and estate assets.
  • Exposure to regulatory compliance, KYC/AML procedures, and corporate governance.
  • Experience liaising with external advisors, including attorneys, accountants, financial planners, and regulators.
