Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Officer, located in Lagos. The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat; resolving issues related to our healthtech platform; and providing empathetic support to users navigating AI diagnostics, telemedicine, and payment services. This role also includes maintaining accurate customer records, escalating complex cases to clinical teams, and contributing to service improvement initiatives to ensure exceptional user experiences and smooth operations.

Qualifications

* Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills with a focus on empathy and problem-solving

* Proficiency in handling customer interactions and basic administrative support

* Basic knowledge of healthcare terminology and processes (advantageous)

* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

* Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software, MS Office Suite, and chat tools

* Experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a call center environment is a plus

* Experience in a healthcare or tech startup setting is highly advantageous
