Sterling Homes Limited is a private limited liability company incorporated in, 2010, by the Corporate Affairs Commission, Abuja, Nigeria, under the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA Our incorporation number is RC We are a real estate housing development, investment and allied Services Company.

We are poised to do real estate excellently, reinventing the way real estate business is managed in Africa and giving customer service delivery a new outlook. Our mission is to be one of the top ten home providers for individuals and corporate bodies in the next five years. We buy lands, finance real estate deals, build or have builders build projects, create, imagine, control and orchestrate the process of development from the beginning to the end.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Business Development Executive

Job Location: Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Generating leads.
  • Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
  • Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
  • Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
  • Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
  • Maintaining client records.
  • Answering client questions about terms, products, prices and availability.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
  • Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
  • Understanding and promoting company programs.

Salary

N100,000 - N120,00 per month.
