We are recruiting for a marketing agency looking for a creative mind to join their dynamic team. You'll use your expertise to inform marketing strategies for some of the coolest events in Nigeria, working with multinational brands to create buzz and captivate audiences. What is Expected of You:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that drive growth and engagement across all channels
• Conduct research and analysis to identify consumer insights and trends that inform our marketing efforts
• Collaborate with the creative and data analytics team to ensure that marketing efforts align with our overall business objectives and customer needs
• Develop and present pitch winning decks to customers
• Work with the data analytic team to analyze and report on campaign performance
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and continuously optimize our marketing efforts to stay ahead of the competition
• Be creative Think outside, inside and beyond the box.

This describes you:

• You are a leader at your core but do not mind taking a back seat.
• You never back down in the face of challenges, in fact that is what keeps you going
• You have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• 3 or more years of experience in marketing, with a focus on marketing strategy development at an experiential or digital marketing agency
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• You are a self starter, you do not need to be told to get the job done.
