We are looking for a responsibleAdministrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clericaltasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to ourmanagers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing ourcompany's general administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent oraland written communication skills and be able to organize their work usingtools, like MS Excel and office equipment The Admin Assistant'sresponsibilities include: Answer and direct phone callsOrganize and schedule appointmentsPlan meetings and take detailedminutesWrite and distribute email,correspondence memos, letters, and formsAssist in data entry activitiesacross departmentsAssist in the preparation ofregularly scheduled reportsDevelop and maintain a filingsystemUpdate and maintain officepolicies and proceduresOrder office supplies and researchnew deals and suppliersMaintain contact listsSubmit and reconcile expensereportsProvide general support tovisitorsAct as the point of contact forinternal and external clientsPerform inventory managementactivities RequirementsProven experience as anAdministrative Assistant or Office Admin AssistantKnowledge of office management systemsand proceduresWorking knowledge of officeequipment, like printers and fax machinesProficiency in MS Office (MSExcel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)Excellent time management skillsand the ability to prioritize assigned workAttention to detail and problemsolving skillsExcellent written and verbalcommunication skillsStrong organizational skillswith the ability to multi -task
