Job Summary

Sebate Ventures, a business enterprise located in Ketu is in need of an "In-Store & Store Front Attendant". Interested applicants must be able to attend to customers in a shop while also placing and marketing store items online for sales. Only persons residing in Ketu or very close environs should apply.

  • Minimum Qualification : Diploma

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Resume early in the morning to ensure the shop is set up and open for business
  • Attend to customers coming into the shop and assist them with their needs
  • Ensure the security and safety of all goods and properties within the shop
  • Record daily sales transactions and input them into a computer.
  • Set up an online storefront for the shop for online sales activities
  • Monitor online storefront to track and facilitate delivery of orders
  • Ensure goods placed on the storefront reflect what is available in the physical shop
  • Be watchful and vigilant of all activities, transactions and occurrences in the shop
  • Reporting to the Supervisor/Principal.

Requirements:

  • School Certificate /OND
  • Good communication skills in English and local languages
  • Must know how to sell goods online
  • Computer appreciation (Must know how to use a computer very well)
  • Ability to use Microsoft Excel is a plus.
  • Ability to attend to customers in a friendly and cordial manner
  • Must be based in the Ketu Area. Proximity to the shop is of utmost importance
  • Honesty, Integrity and absolute loyalty is expected.
  • Attention to detail is a very important quality for this job.
  • Must have a serviceable smartphone for easy communication and storefront tracking.
  • Must not be lazy.
